![]() ![]() Luck refers to the offset number that's randomized with each tending attempt so that you don't just get an exact 72% every time you tend, but it usually only varies by 10% or so. Room cleanliness has nothing to do with tend quality, and in fact doesn't matter for anything regarding health in the game apart from infection chance (which is completely separate from tend quality) and obviously food poisoning chance. Since the floors are dirt, pawns will create dirt that has to be cleaned up and trail it elsewhere. This requires you keep the floor dirt, which gives a cleanliness penalty that will counteract the beauty bonus to the room and possibly have other negative benefits, like increased infection chance. After your total treatment quality reached a certain threshold, you get cured of it. Facilities simply refers to whether there's light or not, as sub-50% light level will lower your medic's sight and by extension tend quality. Flowers arent really better, its an alternative. 1 MerlinCross 3:14pm Devtool Okay so as I understand it, Muscle Parasites (and the 2 Mechanite ones) isn't curable, it's treatable. ![]() The actual tend quality will also be affected by factors like medicine used, facilities, room cleanliness, luck, and so on.How many tend qualities are there? Or am I misunderstanding it? Medicine used refers to medicine potency, which is (off the top of my head) 60% for herbal, 100% for regular, and 160% for glitterworld medicine. It's only affected by your medic's skill and medical condition, as well as the potency of the medicine used in the treatment. I can confirm that there is no physical threat I have never seen a parasitic disease like that kill in Rimworld. I would stop using medicine because there really isn't any threat. I recently posted that on the RimWorld Wiki. Автор сообщения: JigainTreatment quality is not affected by cleanliness, bed quality, or bed type. The only thing mechanites or muscle parasites do is cause pain. ![]()
